The launch of the library was held at Isis International Women's House (Bahay ni Isis) in Quezon City. The library allows members of Astro Friends to borrow books related to astrology. The houses associated with the Cross of  Matter, the 1st, 10, 7, and 4 are considered to be the strongest of houses as they had a direct and strong relationship by aspect to the Ascendant. A short discussion on the life and works of Don Honorio Lopez kicked off the day’s activities. It is this point which in astrology we know as the MC. It is associated with power, glory, honour and distinction.
