Painting the Zodiac Signs

I painted these in 2016 when Venus was transiting Capricorn. I was inspired by the Llewelyn astrology calendars. I buy them every year. I used acrylic paint on 8" x 10" canvas. I am self-taught.

I only painted seven signs because at that time I was taking care of the baby of my sister. When baby was asleep, I would paint. Then my feelings changed and I wanted to paint something else.

Shanti is a Capricorn. She is organized, responsible and hardworking. Her rising sign is Aquarius. Smart, passionate and crazy in love because Leo is in her house of relationships. She was the chef and owner of Bliss Cafe, a vegetarian restaurant in Baguio City.
